Shipping

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and your location.

Your shipping amount will display before checkout is completed.

International orders shipped outside the U.S. will be shipped via U.S. Global Priority Mail.

 

Turnaround Time

Digital products may be downloaded from your account page immediately upon completing the order and payment process.

Tangible products are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment, Monday through Friday, with the exception of U.S. holidays.



 

Carriers

Most orders shipped within the U.S. are shipped via USPS. However, very large orders may be shipped via UPS.

 

Tracking



If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 



 

Back Orders

We do not allow orders for products that are out of stock.

 

Returns

We want you to be thrilled with the products you purchase from Miles Ahead Learning Resources and we do everything in our power to ensure you get top notch products. However, sometimes there may be a problem—your order may not be correct or you may not like what you get.

Before you go bad-mouthing us all over the Internet, give us a chance to make it right.


If we sent you the wrong thing or if there's a manufacturer defect:

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your order, send us an email to: orders@milesaheadlearning.com and let us know how we goofed.
     
  • We will reship the correct item(s) ASAP at no charge to you and tell you how to return the wrong products in the simplest way possible.


If you don't like it once you get it:

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your order, send an email to: orders@milesaheadlearning.com and tell us what's wrong.
     
  • If it's simply a bad match for you, we'll e-mail instructions on how to return it.
     
  • Returned items must be in their original unused, undamaged condition.
     
  • Merchandise that has been damaged or altered can not be accepted for refund or exchange.
     
  • We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, nor do we reimburse you for the cost of return shipping.
     
  • Items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, to be deducted from your refund.



Digital Product Return Exceptions

  • 

If you have not downloaded the product, we will refund your payment.
     
  • Once downloaded, digital products may not be returned for refund.
     
  • If the file is corrupted or does not work correctly, please contact us at orders@milesaheadlearning.com and we will send you a replacement file. 
     
  • If you are dissatisfied with your digital product for reasons other than defect, we will offer a replacement product of equal or lesser value.
     
  • We reserve the right to refuse replacement products to customers who abuse this privilege.
